Considering Executive Order 14222, the recent OSD memo on use of government travel purchase cards, and the current impact on travel across the DoD, the BAMS and NSSDF Committees and MSS have carefully considered options for the 2025 meeting, including a change to a virtual format or cancelling. In coordination with MSS and the government, the committee Chairs and Vice Chairs have decided that hosting the meeting virtually is the preferred option.
The meeting will now be held as the 2025 MSS Joint (BAMS and NSSDF) Virtual Conference during the same timeframe of 17-21 November, at no cost to attendees.
Many details, including program layout, are still being determined. MSS will provide updates as details are finalized.
