Cyber Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA)

CEMA 2025 advances last year’s narrative of “EW Overmatch” to one of “All-Domain Operations” where division commanders have multiple capabilities at their disposal to achieve shaping or decisive effects in the deep fight. It is the artful combination of human and machine integrated capabilities for crewed and uncrewed teaming and leveraging autonomous platforms and not soldiers to make first contact with the enemy. This summit will focus on the synchronization of manned and unmanned capabilities, while utilizing intelligence sources and advanced sensors to help sense, identify, effect, and facilitate better decision-making to produce the desired advantage.
