Cyberspace Operations Lethality and Effectiveness

Acronym:  COLE

COLE is a mission /test planning and risk assessment tool sponsored by the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME).  It enables users to model cyber networks, characterize properties and associated uncertainties, and model the effects of capabilities against those networks.  Accredited for weaponeering and mission-planning, COLE is a cloud-based application operationally deployed on NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS).  COLE has also demonstrated the ability to model vulnerabilities in blue systems/networks to red cyberattacks, and continued development of these capabilities is being funded by the JTCG/ME, JASP, Joint Live Fire (JLF), and Test Resource Management Center (TRMC).
