Survivability & Lethality of Aircraft in Tactical Environments

Acronym:  SLATE

SLATE provides a two-sided combat simulation with “first look, first shot, first kill” capability over the survival/kill chain.  The tool supports multiple players (shooters, weapons, targets) in complex engagements, including environmental effects.  SLATE’s multiple domain simulations includes air-to-air missile (AAM), SAM (land and naval), air-to-surface weapons (ASW), air defense artillery (ADA), RPG weapons against fast-moving targets (fixed-/UAS and rotary-wing aircraft), and weapons-as-targets.  SLATE’s Blue RF technique-level jamming simulation against threat radars enables assessment of enhanced effectiveness against weapons.  SLATE’s ease of use is suitable for both Warfighters and analysts.
