AOC Cyber Electromagnetic Activity

At CEMA 2026, we will examine the future of all-domain operations, where military leaders have a full range of electromagnetic warfare, cyber, and intelligence tools. The goal is to give commanders the power to shape the battlefield and achieve decisive outcomes. A key theme will be the effective partnership between soldiers and technology in conducting electromagnetic warfare and intelligence-gathering missions. This includes hiding our own forces from enemy surveillance, as well as our ability to synchronize the command and control of new intelligence sensors and response capabilities. This will allow forces to maintain a clear picture of the operational area, control the flow of battle, and enable successful kinetic strikes.
